Graduate Student Rules:

Admission Qualifications: Students will obtain admission qualification after passing the department's master class admission test. The testing application and admission test method will be held according to the “Tatung University Admission Rules".

Study Period:

One to four years.

Graduation Credits:

17 required credits, 18 elective credits, students could graduate after passing the gradual defense test and obtaining the required 35 credits.
Academic and Practical Separation:
The department’s master class is separated into “Academic Research” type and “Practical Application” type. Master class graduate students must apply for one of the two options during the first stage of the admission test; those that did not apply will be automatically deemed as an academic research type student.

Advising Professor:

Master class graduate students must pick one advising professor before the department’s regulated time limit, and the advising professor will be in charge of assisting the student’s study and research.
The advising professor must be one of the department’s contracted professors, jointly appointed professor, associate professor or assistant professor. After the master class graduate student had chosen an advising professor, under special reasons that a student must change professor, the agreement of the original and the new professor must be obtained and the decision must be passed by the department administrative meeting.
